Julie Moore has legal, banking and personal lines insurance experience spanning many years. In June of 2010, she began her property and casualty insurance career at USAA quickly promoting to Insurance Helplines and then Billing Helplines where she has been a Senior Specialist since May of 2016. Since earning her CPCU in 2015, Julie has acted as the editor for the local chapter's newsletter as well as the Mentor Chair. Julie volunteers as a tutor for candidates who seek their CPCU designations. Beginning in 2018, she also served on the CLEW Interest Group Steering Committee of the CPCU Society.

Nicole began her insurance career in 2015 after graduating from SUNY Oswego. Her career started as a Specialty Underwriter but it is now focused on Product Development, where she has been working for the past 4 years. Nicole joined Assurant at the end of 2021 and works remotely as a Product Development Analyst. Nicole earned her CPCU in November 2018 in just over a year and is in the process of completing her MBA from UCCS. When she is not at work she enjoys an active lifestyle and exploring Colorado with her family.

Kathy Cancellieri joined USAA 2002 originally in Policy Service and, starting in 2005, in Underwriting . Kathy has completed the CPCU, API, AIS, AINS, AIDA, and AIC designations. She has a BA in Social Work and a master's degree in Criminal Justice from UCCS. When not working or spending time with family and friends, Kathy spends her weekends transporting rescue animals.
Dedicated to her family, animals, and USAA career, Susan Hawkins is a specialty senior property claim adjuster. Susan has generously fulfilled the mission of serving USAA members during catastrophe seasons, including tornados in Georgia and the horrendous Marshall Fire in Colorado. With a superior positive attitude and happy-go-lucky nature, Susan embraces caring for her parents, two donkeys, two dogs, camping, 4 wheeling, and lake life. Susan has her Bachelors of Science degrees in Marketing and Sociology and earned her MBA in 2016.
