Brandi McNeilley is the current president of the Pikes Peak Chapter. She is an Arbitration panelist for USAA working with Arbitration Forums.

Starting in 1999 with USAA in Personal Lines, Brandi has participated in many insurance areas, now concentrating in the claims arena.  She serves on the Ethics Committee for the CPCU Society and is the Diversity and Inclusion chair for the Pikes Peak Chapter. She is in the process of completing her PhD at Walden University in Forensic Psychology with a Major in Crisis/Leadership Management.  Brandi received her CPCU designation in 2013.

Jonathan Cowan

Starting in March 2012 with USAA, Jonathan Cowan currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Separation and Divorce.  He earned his CPCU designation in Commerical Lines on Spetember 14, 2015.

Prior to joining USAA, Jonathan worked in leadership in the food and beverage industry. He also taught orpahned children in West Africa Math and Englsih skills.  In his spare time. Jonathan enjoys playing sports with his three sons and lovely wife.

Julie Moore

Julie Moore has legal, banking and personal lines insurance experience spanning many years.  In June of 2010, she began her property and casualty insurance career at USAA quickly promoting to Insurance Helplines and then Billing Helplines where she has been a Senior Specialist since May of 2016. Since earning her CPCU in 2015, Julie has acted as the editor for the local chapter's newsletter as well as the Mentor Chair.  Julie volunteers as a tutor for candidates who seek their CPCU designations. Beginning in 2018, she also serves on the CLEW Interest Group Steering Committee of the CPCU Society.

Starting her insurance career as a Zurich FNOL claims representative in 2014, Peggy Howell transitioned to California Casualty in April 2016 as an Underwriting Service Representative.  Peggy also acts as California Casualty's underwriting departmental Educational Ambassador, mentoring and encouraging her peers in the continuing education journey. She earned her AINS, API, AIS and ARe designations and just completed her CPCU designation. In their free time, Peggy and her husband enjoy playing tennis and spending time with their dogs.

Susan Musso-Harner is currently an SIU Manager with USAA having worked 14 years with USAA and an additional 14 years with Farmers Insurance in multiple areas of Property & Casualty as well as SIU.  Susan holds both a BA and a BS in Management and has earned her CPCU, CFE, SCLA, AIC and AINS designations.  She and her husband, Assistant Chief of the Pueblo City Fire Department, have a blended family of 5 children with 3 grandchildren.

JEFF WALIS

Starting with USAA as an Auto Adjuster in September 2007, Jeff Walis quickly advanced through Auto Injury Claims before transitioning to the Competitive Intelligence Team.  He holds a BA and an MA in Business Administration-Accounting as well as his CPCU designation earned in 2016.  Enjoying Colorado, Jeff and his wife just celebrated the newest arrival of their daughter in 2018.
